During summer, when the temperature is very high, your feet can swollen very badly because blood vessels dilate, aggravating blood circulation. You won’t be able to wear any footwear, your calves will hurt, and you will constantly feel the need to sit down. This happens most of the time because of water retention. The below remedy will help you to get rid of swollen and tired feet immediately.
1. Coarse salt
When get back home, just pour hot water (as much as you can bear) in a basin, and then add a handful of coarse salt and 150 milliliters of apple vinegar. Relax your feet for 15 minutes, and then wrap them in a towel, lie in the bed with your feet on a pillow. It will restore peripheral circulation, and you won’t feel any pain at all.
